Back 2 Base Monitoring Terms & Conditions:

Monitoring services are, by default, invoiced quarterly in advance, with each invoice covering three months from the activation date. These services are provided under an annual subscription model, though cancellation is permitted at any time. The service will automatically suspend if an invoice remains unpaid five calendar days after the due date. A reconnection fee of $60.00 will apply to restore any service suspended due to non-payment. A minimum of 30 days written notice is required to cancel an active monitoring service. Should termination occur within the first 12 months, a disconnection fee of $90.00 will apply. Protec Security Systems disclaims any responsibility for communication outages or failures resulting from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to power loss, cellular or internet disruptions, or defective devices. Systems operating on client-provided internet services may require additional power backup solutions, such as an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS). Monitoring services utilising cellular networks will be supported by either Telstra or Optus, based on the availability of coverage.
