At Protec Security, we understand the importance of providing quality installations and delivering CCTV servicing, repairs and maintenance, either on an ad-hoc basis or through a programmed preventive maintenance plan (PPM).
We can provide a maintenance package plan to ensure your system performs at its peak and assure that your system offers years of trouble-free experience.
New camera systems supplied and installed by Protec Security are automatically provided with a basic tier package free of charge for the first 12 months, with the option to upgrade to a higher tier package.

Which include analogue to digital upgrades, supplying new hard drives to provide additional storage, upgrading recorders to accept additional cameras should your recorder be at full capacity, or simply upgrading cameras to suit your needs.
Remote CCTV Access
Want to view your cameras remotely via a smartphone device. Our team could integrate/network many different systems even if we didn’t supply the system.
Please note: Service and maintenance on existing security products not supplied and installed by Protec Security Systems are subject to ensuring our technicians are provided with full administrator login details. Should admin logins not be available, this may impact the ability of the access installer programming options and may require further attention or possible replacement of certain components.
