Intercom systems and small-scale security alarm systems can provide basic access control. By answering your intercom or pressing a button in your alarm app/keypad, you can open gates, garage doors/roller doors, electronic door locks and more!
Several dedicated access control systems can control over 100 doors/gates and other methods such as lifts and boom gates. We often see these in large-scale buildings where you can swipe a card/fob or enter codes. These systems monitor how long a door is open, the status of the lock, who opened the door and much more; we can also pair them with CCTV to verify the correct user/person has gained access.
