The call centre will monitor your security system and act as soon as an incident occurs. It’s a convenient feature that provides the ultimate peace of mind that comes with knowing you are protected by people on call when you aren’t available.
Our call centre monitors your security system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Monitoring alerts will communicate via a 4G mobile interface or your site's internet connection. The monitoring centre will be able to receive instant alarm activations from your security system, such as;
- Intruder/Burglar Alarm,
- Fire or Smoke Alarm,
- Temperature Alarm,
- Perimeter Activation,
- Panic & Duress Alarms,
Once the control room receives the notification of alarm activation, they will contact you directly via phone to ensure everything is okay. If you cannot answer your phone, the call centre can dispatch a patrol car and call local authorities, such as the Police or other emergency services, on your behalf. All alarm acknowledgement options are entirely customisable to suit your needs.
