  3. InstallationLicensed technicians install the panel, keypad and sensors, and cable it in tidily. Retrofits are done with minimum disturbance to finishes.
  4. Setup And HandoverPanel secured with your own codes rather than defaults, app configured and tested, and a walkthrough for everyone who will arm and disarm it.
  5. Ongoing SupportFree 24/7 remote support, automatic updates, and 24/7 on-site emergency call-outs if the system fails.

How much do alarm systems cost on the Gold Coast?

Do you monitor the alarm back to a control room?
Yes, if you want it. We provide 24/7 back-to-base monitoring through an Australian monitoring centre, where operators watch your system around the clock and act the moment an incident occurs. We also offer self-monitored setups where the alarm notifies you and the people you nominate directly, with no monthly monitoring fee.
Can you take over my existing alarm system?
Often yes. If the existing cabling and sensors are sound we can replace the panel and keypad and reuse what is there, which is usually far cheaper than a full rip-out. We assess it on site before recommending either way.
Will pets set the alarm off?
Not if it is specified correctly. We use pet-tolerant sensors and set detection zones around how your household actually lives. Badly placed sensors are the usual cause of false alarms in homes with dogs or cats.
How many zones do I need?
Most homes run between four and eight zones covering entry doors, main living areas and any separate access like a garage or granny flat. Businesses depend on the footprint and how many areas need arming independently.
What happens in a blackout?
Every system we install includes an industry-standard back-up battery, so it stays armed through a power failure. If you need a specific runtime we can size the battery to suit, whether that is four hours or four days.
Wired or wireless alarm sensors?
Wired is more reliable where cable can be run and never needs a battery change. Wireless suits retrofits, heritage properties and anywhere cabling would mean damaging finishes, but each sensor has a battery that eventually needs replacing.
Can different people have their own codes?
Yes. Per-user codes mean you can see which family member or staff member armed or disarmed the system and when, and you can revoke one person without changing everyone else's code.
What warranty comes with the work?
A 12-month comprehensive warranty, a minimum three-year parts warranty and a five-year workmanship warranty, with extended options available.
How quickly can you get out to me?
